These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Fireventory platform. This is sample placeholder text and is not legal advice.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Fireventory, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts & trials
New accounts begin on a free trial. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account and users.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Fireventory only for lawful fire and life-safety business purposes and not to attempt to access other tenants' data or disrupt the service.
4. Compliance responsibility
Fireventory is software that supports inspection and record-keeping. Responsibility for meeting the Ontario Fire Code, ULC, NFPA and Authority Having Jurisdiction requirements remains with the licensed contractor.
5. Fees
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. Sample terms — final commercial terms will be provided at purchase.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fireventory is provided "as is" without warranties. This is placeholder text pending counsel review.
