Sample text — review by counsel before use.

This Privacy Policy explains how Fireventory handles information. This is sample placeholder text and is not legal advice.

1. Information we collect

We collect the account, company, inspection and asset data you enter, along with basic usage and device information needed to operate the service.

2. How we use information

Information is used to provide the platform, isolate your tenant's data, support compliance record-keeping, and improve the product.

3. Data isolation

Each customer is a separate tenant. Data is isolated at the database level with row-level security so one company cannot access another's records.

4. Data retention

Inspection and compliance records are retained to support your record-keeping obligations. Retention periods can be configured for your account.

5. Sub-processors & storage

Data is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers. Sample text — the final list of sub-processors will be published here.

6. Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your organization's data through your administrator, subject to applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

7. Contact

Privacy questions can be directed to your account representative.
